For more than 20 years, I’ve led multicultural teams across 21 countries, navigating crisis, complexity, and change—from managing a multimillion-dollar health program during Ebola to coordinating COVID-19 response efforts. I’ve also experienced leadership at a personal cost. While serving as a Director in West Africa, I came close to burnout. Executive coaching changed how I lead—and ultimately reshaped my career.

Today, as an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach and consultant, I combine lived experience with professional expertise to support leaders and organizations who want both impact and sustainability.

My goal is to help my clients gain clarity, strengthen their leadership, and build the systems that allow them —and their teams—to thrive without sacrificing wellbeing.
